SensyRoc™ is a complimentary application designed for the real-time monitoring of temperature, strength, and performance of concrete. The application effortlessly connects to an intuitive SensyRoc™ sensor for on-site concrete monitoring before and after placement.

Featuring a wireless interface, SensyRoc™ can be seamlessly integrated into fresh concrete to track and monitor temperature, maturity, and compressive strength according to ASTM standards. This user-friendly sensor continuously measures temperature variations and early-age strength developments occurring in the concrete post-placement. The recorded data is automatically retrieved and analyzed through the mobile application, enabling instant sharing within your team.

SensyRoc™ has demonstrated its ability to reduce construction wait times by providing direct access to on-site concrete information without the typical delays associated with traditional lab cylinder-break tests at 3, 7, or 14 days. Immediate access to concrete strength data facilitates earlier activities like post-tensioning and formwork removal, thereby expediting road openings and minimizing unnecessary costs linked to delays and laboratory testing issues.
